OHSC Membership 2024
The Ontario Healthy Schools Coalition is an Ontario-wide, broad-based coalition, with members from health units, school boards, hospitals, mental health agencies, universities, health-related organizations, education-related organizations, and parent and student organizations. Membership is open to all individuals and organizations committed to promoting healthy schools in Ontario. This is an evolving group. We continue to welcome all interested individuals or organizations who wish to support our vision, mission and values.
Membership Fees: There is an annual membership fee for individuals and organizations who wish to receive communications through our newsletter, attend the OHSC conference at a reduced rate, and participate in web- based quarterly meetings.
Membership fees are collected for the January 1st to December 31st time period.
Membership fees enable the Coalition to cover the costs of our province-wide, web-based meetings and the facilitation of up-to-date information through our newsletter emails. Becoming a member will enable you to benefit from the knowledge and collaboration that occurs between our members and to participate in planning of future work within the Coalition.
There are two categories of membership in the OHSC:
Organizational - payment of the membership fee allows an unlimited number of participants per organization
Individual/Student - this is for individuals not associated with a member organization and also offered to gradate students.
